Caching issues with BizTalk 2009 Admin Console

I came across a scenario where my custom adapters’ send handler’s property values dint seem to get saved. Every time I would close and reopen the property page, the values would disappear! This is a caching issue in BT 2009′s admin console. The values get saved to the mgmt db but the the admin console needs to be closed and opened again for the values to appear.
